Day 24 - chop

The weapon used in this illustration is the urumi (snake sword). It is a weapon based in the martial art called “Kalaripayattam” which originates from the southern state of Kerala, India. The weapon is basically a long strip of metal sheet which can be used to wrap around the opponents body parts and decapitate them. Works just like a whip. Like a whip made of blades.
